Twins in Nenek's hat

This is ...............IMAN..............and this is ..........IMRAN...................................
wearing Nenek's hat. Oh no, I don't wear hats normally but this one was given to me by Nurul when she and Adam went Bali for their honeymoon way back in 2007, and after the hat, they both gave me this adorable pair of twins!

  1. Ha ha ha...luckily they didn't gave you triplets!!

Just wanna touch on the photos. Since the twins are spending most of their time/growing up with you, I suggest you go out there and get yourself a better camera.

One with a 'fast lens' ( ask the twin's father what that means )and one which can take continuous shots. The latter will ensure you not to miss excellent pictures when they are darting around the house/anywhere.

Avoid using the flash as it will produce harsh and ugly photos.

    Take my word.

  2. How right you are! I mean about a better camera. I find a little one that I can pop into my handbag more handy, so I wonder if its available in more sophisticated features? Its so frustrating when I can't be fast enough to capture them together. Like this morning when they pushed each other in a plastic box and jabber non-stop in their language! Any recommendations for such a camera?

  3. Comelnya rasa macam nak makan!!!

Ma, ask la Adam, Ali or Kak Lin about the camera. You're surrounded by photographers!

Haha, I've witnessed this jabbering in their own language before. So cute, siap ada different intonations. They can write their own poetry like 'Jabberwocky'!

  4. Iman can enunciate his words pretty well now. The other day Ali tweeked his cheeks and he went "ALI (not 'Ayi!)...'angan..'kit la! Pipi.." The 'Pipi' came so much later and I could feel him searching his vocab for the word. Imran is OML...One Minute Later in all things except when it comes to bullying his twin!

  5. I am a Nikon man and I like the P100. Follow this link and see the product yourself:

It is not so small that u can stuff in your Prada or wahteverexpensivebrandhandbag but it should do the job nicely.

Ask Adam-the-Canon-man, he might be able to suggest a good one.

    Cheers

  6. Seriously, I'd recommend all potential mums-to-be including Emek to get this gadget because a precious moment can be forever gone, and it will just be orally repeated. I'm going to upload pictures of my own 3 kids' clothings to REMIND them how little they once were!I still have Kak Lin's FIRST tiny shirt. I repeat: TINY...

  7. Amin, Emek's hubby, had already gotten a Nikon D90 DSLR with a few lenses in preparation for the coming baby. I think they're not going to let any precious moments slip by.

If you're going to take photos of those items, then you are going to need a camera which will allow you to shoot close ups. That is a novel idea.

  8. "I think of a great many things. Nobody can prevent that." -Newman Noggs in Nicholas Nickleby; that's a novel by Dickens, BTW. But that SLR camera need to be HAULED around, right? Parents need to be spontaneous, that's why my little Canon PowerShot is so handy even the babies take great shots with it.And it's been dropped and dragged and the poor thing still works.
